Anchor Systems provides CRM, automation, communication tools, and related software services for service-based businesses.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or portion of the platform at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By using our services, you consent to receive operational and account-related communications via SMS and email.
You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP. Opting out may limit your ability to receive important service notifications.
You are responsible for ensuring that any messaging conducted through the platform complies with applicable laws, including TCPA and A2P regulations.
All software, branding, content, designs, workflows, and materials provided by Anchor Systems are the exclusive property of Anchor Systems LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor Systems LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Anchor Systems in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchor Systems LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
